Roasting Room News

We've been plugging away here in the roasting room, roasting plenty of coffee, sampling some new offerings, and tweaking existing coffees.  We've been super happy with this year's crop of Colline Ninga - bright and clean, sweet, just a hint of savory complexity, and it's yet another step up in quality from the good folks at Long Miles Coffee Project.  We're also getting down to our last little bit of this harvest of Colombia Las Brisas.  Since these growers have two harvests, it won't be too long before we see their coffee again, but this current lot will only be around for a few more weeks.

This is also the time of year for the Specialty Coffee Association expo in Atlanta.
Huckleberry will be pulling shots at the La Marzocco booth on Friday from 12:30-1:30, brewing up some Zelelu and Kunjin at the Cafe Imports booth Saturday afternoon, and slinging coffee at the Giesen USA booth on Sunday from 11 or so until 1-ish. If you're in Atlanta, come say hello and cheers to the roast!
