Familiar Favorites and Huckleberry Exclusives

We're firing up the roaster and getting that roasted coffee in your hands, brewing it up in delicious ways and serving you tasty drinks all spring long.

First off, after having the humbling privilege of serving last week's final roast of Kigeyo as a brewed coffee to Maggie and Emmanuel from the Kigeyo washing station, we're taking a one week break from Rwanda in our coffee lineup. Our shipment of Gitesi showed up while we were in Seattle, so we're going to dial in that roast profile this week, and start roasting it for you all this next week.

The next couple months will bring some larger lineup changes, too, as we start to see arrivals of new coffees from Ethiopia, Central America, and Kenya. Most of these new coffees will land stateside in late May and June, but we're hopeful that a few of these great coffees will show up as soon as the end of this month. This past week was an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships with some coffee growers themselves, and all of our importing partners, and we're excited to bring back some familiar favorites, release one or two Huckleberry-exclusive lots, and introduce some new coffees between now and the start of summer.
