Delightful Coffee With Nuanced Flavors

At Huckleberry Roasters, we work very hard and take lots of pride in being an approachable coffee company. Whether it's a friendly face behind the counter taking an order, a warm barista handing off a drink or making sure our coffee offerings always have something for everyone, the idea of approachability touches the core of who we are.

Over the last year, perhaps no coffee has represented that better than Kinjun, a delightful coffee from the Pacific Island country of Papua New Guinea that has deep, round and clean sweetness. Not unlike our Sulawesi Tana Toraja, this coffee from Papua New Guinea is an exception to a stereotype of sub-par processing coming from the Pacific Islands and Indonesian region. Ripe coffee cherries are picked by various smallholders and are fully washed at the Kunjin wet mill in a manner than represents what we often see in South and Central America. The results are pleasantly surprising and very delicious!

We are so deeply proud of this coffee. Without sacrificing any complexity or nuance in flavor, this coffee will be familiar to the traditional coffee palate and will stand up really well to a little bit of cream. It's the best of both worlds, and will please coffee drinkers of all varieties.
