Coffee has an astounding number of possible flavors! Just take a look at the variety of tasting notes on our coffee bags. We will cover these flavors through a wide variety of tastings, discussion, and end with a cupping (the standard for evaluating coffee world-wide). We will taste different types of acidity, sweetness, and bitterness, as well as discuss how these flavors work with each other. Come and learn what we are looking for when evaluating coffees and leave knowing how to evaluate coffees you get from anywhere!
