New Roast Schedule - Effective October 26

Thanks for brewing so much of our coffee!  We're finally at a point where it makes sense to offer a third, late-week roast day, so starting on October 26 we'll be roasting on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Since we're roasting a bit more coffee, we'll have to get a bit stricter with an 11 am Mountain Time order cutoff, but if you miss that time, we'll still be able to send you coffee that week.  Fresh coffee quick, even if you snooze until Wednesday.

METRO DENVER

For you lovely folks in the Denver area, not much will change.  Wednesday is still our delivery day, and by default, we'll deliver orders placed on Monday or Tuesday (before 11 am Mountain Time) on Wednesday morning.  If you'd prefer to pick up, your orders will be ready by end of day Tuesday.

At this point we can only deliver on Wednesday, so if you place an order after 11 am on Tuesday, we'll prepare it on Thursday, and make it available for pickup on Friday morning.

Orders placed after 11 am Thursday will be pushed to the following Monday/Tuesday's roasting.

SHIPPED ORDERS

Friends from afar: we'll start shipping three days per week!  For those of you on the coasts, we strongly recommend ordering on Monday to ensure that your coffee arrives before the weekend.  As always, just let us know if you need expedited shipping.

Orders placed before 11 am on Monday will ship on Monday afternoon.

Orders placed between 11 am on Monday and 11 am on Tuesday will ship Tuesday afternoon.

Orders placed between 11 am Tuesday and 11 am Thursday will ship on Thursday afternoon.

Orders placed after 11 am Thursday will ship the following Monday.

Our discount structure for local and shipped orders remains the same:

Metro Denver

25-49 pounds: 5% discount on Production coffee.

50+ pounds: 10% discount on Production coffee.

 Shipped Orders

25+ pounds: Free UPS Ground Shipping within the Continental USA. 5% Discount on coffee for Hawaii and Alaska orders.

40+ pounds: Free UPS Ground Shipping and 10% discount on all production coffee within the Continental USA. 10% coffee discount for Hawaii and Alaska orders.
